Hi, I’m Barbara Farrell, founder of FOCUS Administrative Services.

With more than 30 years of experience in administration and operations, I’ve seen the same challenge again and again: capable business owners, organizational leaders, and nonprofit Executive Directors carrying far too much on their own. I started FOCUS to change that.

I help leaders breathe easier by bringing clarity, structure, and steady support to their operations—whether that means strengthening workflows, supporting day-to-day operations, or building systems that truly work in real life.
